      Use the First 5 Ingredients in the Brine. Mix and Boil For a Minimum of 15 Minutes. Let Set For Awhile!

      Add the Other Ingredients to a Large Mason Jar. Thinly Slice the Veggies and Add to the Jar.

      Strain and Pour the Brine Over the Jar and Let Cool.
