    Panettone Christmas Bread for the Bread Machine, Traditional Christmas bread made easy in a bread machine , Recently bought a bread machine and I have stumbled upon this recipe I should have asked a question prior to loading all the ingredients Did you use a regular yeast for this recipe? Should I have activated my instant yeast first?, I see in the recipe it says dry fruit but would it be adaptable to use candied fruit as well? Also, would it matter much to use bread flour compared to all-purpose flour?
