Cheesecake Cookie Cups, An easy, sinful dessert treat! Prep time includes time to chill., Super easy cheesecake recipe to follow. I did however forget to bring the cream cheese to room temp before creaming it together for the first batch of cheesecake bites. I did it to the second batch and could tell a major difference in the texture of the cheesecake filling. The room temp cream cheese was much smoother. So don’t forget to bring cream cheese to room temp before creaming it with the other ingredients. Other than that great recipe. I will try this one again. Thanks
