Heat Slowly Until Butter Is Melted; Cool to Lukewarm. |

Beat Four of the Eggs in a Large Bowl With a Wire Whip; Stir in Milk Mixture. |

Sprinkle Yeast and 1 Teaspoon Sugar Into Warm Water in a Cup. |
