Adjust Servings:
1 1/4 cups tepid water
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 cups white bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rye flour
4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal or 1/4 cup white cornmeal
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (i have used fat-free non-caffiene ovaltine.)
1/2 teaspoon instant decaffeinated coffee
2 teaspoons caraway seeds optional
2 teaspoons yeast fast rise or bread yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast fast rise or bread yeast
