    Mini Club Sandwiches With Salmon Carpaccio and Maple, Salmon, maple syrup and cream cheese , These are yummy All the flavors sing together We especially liked the lemon in it I skipped the salt and doubled the cucumber , OMG France, this was sooo good I loved it I didn’t have any maple sugar, so used pure maple syrup instead it worked great My family doesn’t like dark rye bread so, used mini bagels I still layered the sandwich, it was awesome I loved all the flavors, the cucumbers and bacon were a nice surprise Great mini sandwiches, quick and easy to make, tastes great and looks very pretty and appetizing I will be making this for my dil’s baby shower next week Kudo’s on an excellent recipe

    Place Salmon in a Dish, Sprinkle With Maple Sugar, Salt and Set Aside. in a Bowl, Combine Lemon Juice and Zest, Cheese, Dill, Green Onion and Pepper. Take One Slice of Bread, Spread It With This Mixture as Well as Some of the Salmon. Repeat With a Second Slice, Then Add Cucumber and Bacon. Top With a Third Slice. Hold Together With a Toothpick and Cut Into Four Pieces. Make Another 5 Mini Sandwiches and Serve.
