Hummus,This is a favourite of mine, I love to have it with FALAFEL! Hmmmm, yummmy!,Im giving this 4 stars because its a lovely hummus base. I found it a little bland as is, but added more lemon juice, more cumin, more garlic (initial garlic was fresh, added about another cloves worth of jarred), a little chili powder, some cayenne, some parsley, and lots of salt and pepper – then I thought it was fantastic! As others did, used olive oil to thin it out rather than the liquid from the beans. I dont care for the flavor of that liquid. Thank you for the basic recipe, though. I can tell that it will be versatile!,i have made this scores of times. adjust something each time, less of this more of that, Can’t fail
