    I got this recipe from one of our local grocery stores--they were handing it out with samples and it was quite tasty! Definitely use a food processor or blender--I tried pureeing the strawberries and then using a hand mixer to combine it with the butter--not a good idea. Great on bagels!

    Clean, Rinse, Hull Strawberries and Place Into a Medium Sized Food Processor. Add Splenda or Sugar and Blend Until Fairly Smooth. Add Butter or Margarine and Blend Until You Reach a Creamy Consistency. Place Into Glass Dish, Cover With Plastic Wrap, and Chill.
