Banana Bisquick Muffins,My son loves these muffins with the (optional)chocolate chips added. My daughter likes me to add raspberries to hers instead, so I just pop some whole berries into the muffin cup as I drizzle the batter in. They are very fast to put together which is always a good thing. This is from TOH.,Our favorite! So easy. use the carbquick mix and mine seemed drier than usual bisquick so I had to doubled the 1/2&1/2 ( didnt have milk) . Weve had it with blueberries and also with sugar free chips. I also use a wholesome yum brownsugar sugar free substitute and on second use I did add1/4 c more in the substitution. So the bananas the only natural sugar in it. My husband loves them when I add cinnamon chips ( regular not sugar free). And I had to spray my paper muffin cup liners with nonstick spray I guess from the lower carb bisquick mix.. stuck bad the first batch..,used Krusteaz protein baking mix, with an extra egg.
