These were a huge hit with my family as a quarantine treat! We topped with strawberries. I was concerned because they fell a lot after cooling, but the flavor was excellent. The Nilla wafers definitely disappeared so if you want more of a crust, add Nilla wafers or do a graham cracker crust. The suggestion of an Oreo from another post is a good one too!
