Nifs Mini Crustless Quiches

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was quite good - to be honest, I've never had quiche with crab in it before, so it was quite a pleasant surprise. DH was quite pleased with these as well. I made in ramekins like some of the other reviewers, baking 20 minutes, which was perfect. I made using GF crackers instead of the ritz, and that worked out just fine. I served this with a lovely tomato/onion salad and it was perfect! I will definitely make these again, as they were really quick and easy, and the ingredient list is not so long that it takes forever to get these in the oven! Thanks for posting Nif - we're taking the left-overs for lunch. Made for the Herbaceous Curvaceous Honeys, ZWT8 - France.
