Spiral hams are great for catering to large parties because they are precooked and sliced which makes for easy serving when it comes out of the oven. A few other spiral ham recipes I love are Apricot Rum Glazed Spiral Ham, Slow Cooker Spiral Ham with Apricot-Dijon Glaze and for that Left over ham, a Ham Bone Soup with Potatoes and Cabbage.,A spiral ham is a is the back leg of a pig that is then cut in one continuous spiral around the bone. This allows the bone-in ham to be more easily cut and consistently infused with the flavors you cook with.,I would not leave this in the fridge longer than 3-5 days. If you plan on eating it over a longer period of time then freeze it.
