Cheesy Broccoli Potato Soup, This recipe is from “Southern Living” magazine, January 2006. This is sure to warm you up on those chilly evenings!, I made this and it’s great for the winter cold months. I added jalapeno cheese and bacon to mine and there u have it????I could see my self making this again, Delicious AND easy! Used fresh broccoli and Vermont white cheddar cheese as that is what I had on hand. On it’s way to the “Favorites” folder!
