Spiced-Up Muffins,Adjusted from Williams Sonoma collection recipe…a very nice spiced muffin. If you love cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and allspice you will love these muffins. I love them with a fresh brewed cup of coffee or tea.,These were very good. I didn’t add the currants. The aroma from the spices was wonderful and the family loved them.,used the full recipe to make 6 jumbo muffins for a friend who “likes’em big”. I haven’t eaten one of the finished muffins as they aren’t staying with me but the batter was to die for (when the muffins, cake or whatever is in the oven I become a spoon licker…oh the shame, lol). I do however have 5 stars from the recipient. I added raisins and used 1 1/2 cups of 2% milk with no cream. They make the house small like Christmas! What a delight 😀
