My Own Coleslaw Dressing,When made with Slaw this is a great recipe to use with Pulled Pork Barbeque. I have been making Cole Slaw this way for years. The slaw is simple to prepare using your food processor to shred the cabbage and carrot. I hope you enjoy it!,That is a lot of mayonnaise! I prefer my slaw to be just barely coated, and not dripping with the dressing. To a head of cabbage I would make a dressing with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and the lemon/celery seed/salt/pepper you listed. I also grate half a red pepper (cut the top off and then make thin strips with a vegetable peeler just as you would do with the carrot) for added color and sweetness, and do not use sugar. This needs to sit a while before being served as the cabbage will begin to express some liquid, and then given a stir right before serving.,I made this coleslaw today the only thing different is that use honey not sugar. Love the slaw!
