No-Flour Peanut Butter Bars,These are easy and yummy treats. Found this on Pinterest!,It is pretty amazing that you can get a “cake-like” texture without any dry ingredients. These are moist and chewy and flavorful. I cut the recipe in half and baked in an 8-inch square pan, and cut into 12 pieces, so the nutrition counts were half those listed (since I had smaller bars). The only other change I made was using crunchy peanut butter. Thanks for this keeper. Made for Spring 2013 PAC.

Use a Fork to Combine All Ingredients in a Mixing Bowl. Spread the Batter Into a Lightly Greased 9" X 13" Baking Pan. Bake at 300 F For About 25 Minutes or Until the Edges Are Nicely Browned. Cool and Cut Into Squares. |
