Down to Earth Granola Weight Watchers,Weight Watchers recipe – 1 cup = 4 points,I would probably use maple syrup instead of honey, i like the taste better. I’d sub, dried apples and dried mango for the fruit but we need to make sure it equals the amounts so the points are the same.. I’d use coconut oil as well enough to equal it again, I know its higher in points.. what is the portion size? Sounds good, I like that you can change it up according to how you feel.. its a great recipe. thanks Jeannie,Add 4 cups of Riceh Krispies. Tastes just as good plus lowered point value which i have not yet calculated.

In a Bowl, Mix Oats, Almonds, Brown Sugar, Salt and Cinnamon. in a Sauce Pan, Warm the Oil and Honey. Whisk or Stir in the Vanilla. Carefully Pour Liquid Over the Oat Mixture. Stir Gently With Wooden Spoon, Finish Mixing by Hand. |

Preheat Oven to 300f Spread Granola in a 15x10x1 Pan. Bake 40 Minutes, Stirring Carefully Every 10 Minutes. |

Transfer Granola-Filled Pan to a Cooling Rack. Cool Completely. |

Stir in Raisins or Dried Cranberries. Seal Granola in an Air-Tight Container or Self Sealing Plastic Bags. |
