Easy Mexican Supper Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

We enjoyed this casserole very much. Prepared exactly as written, adding lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, onion, lite sour cream, and crushed nacho chips as garnish. My son commented that it was similar to taco pizza, with a little twist. For me, the spice was just right but might have been a tad too spicy for my 7 year old. Thank you for the recipe!
