Directions
Ham and Potato Casserole, This is a recipe that my Grandmother would always make using leftover ham. Its great for small or large families., Very tasty! Anytime you have potatoes, milk and cheese, you will have a tasty dish at the end., It was a hit considering my husband is not a fan of casseroles but finished this in record time! I tweeked it by using red potatoes, olive oil in place of margarine, whole wheat flour and blended cheeses for increased flavor.

Heat Oven to 350 Degrees. |

Cook Onion and Green Pepper in Margarine Until Tender. |
