Shortcake,I got this recipe from the wife of a co-worker. It’s a very simple cake, buttery & not too sweet — perfect with seasonal fruit & whipped topping or ice cream.,This is an awesome recipe! used a food processor and it went extra fast. used the amount of salt that was called for and found it to be just fine. Flavor is good, fluffier texture is very nice. Thank you for sharing this recipe, it will be a standard one at our house.,If I double it how long should I bake it?
