      Then Fold the Nut Mixture Into Yolk Mixture With a Spatula.

      in a Large Bowl Beat Egg Whites Until Soft Peaks Form Then Gradually Beat the Last 1/2 Cup of Sugar Into the Egg Whites Until They Are Glossy.
