Cranberry Bars,If you’re from Wisconsin you have to love cranberries. This is one of my favorite bar recipes and it mixes up very fast and is sooo good.,With an almost crispy surface and chewy cakelike center…not unlike a brownie, these are delicious. I even prefer them over my richer layered cranberry recipe. used the cranberries in a frozen state and sliced almonds for my nuts. used a Pampered Chef 9×9″ stoneware pan and cooked in my convection oven between 35 and 40 minutes.,Love these Cranberry bars. Also added 1 cup oatmeal and 1/2 tsp almond extract. use a 9×13 pan and freeze half of them. I make packages of 4 bars using Press and Seal wrap to avoid freezer burn.
