    Fly the Fillets in Oil Till Golden Brown.

    Drain Out the Oil.

    Add in Onions and Garlic and Fly Till Soft.

    Add Vegetables and Fly For About 2-4mins

    Add in the Juice, Sugar, Salt and Pepper.
