There’s nothing better than a great piece of New York Cheesecake!,This was by far the best tasting cheesecake Ive ever eaten, my family just loved it!! And it wasnt that hard to make! I will be making this again, thank you so much ????????,I’m from NY and hard to please in the cheesecake department. This is an awesome recipe. Simple, elegant and authentic. If you want people falling out of their chair after dinner and worshipping you (hahaha), make this. I’m gluten-free and I subbed almond flour for graham crackers. Still gourmet. I’ve used both heavy cream and cultured sour cream. Delish. Thank you for this!
