1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, chopped

    Low-Fat Hot Spinach Dip, A tasty dip that is lower in fat Adapted from Kraft Kitchens , Very yummy and easy to put together! I think used more than the 1/2 cup of cheese, but what else is new :), This is so easy to put together The roasted red peppers really make it great I added an extra clove of garlic 🙂 I LOVE garlic Thanks Hokies For a nice and easy recipe for guests or just me 🙂
