Ultimate Spicy Crackers Recipe for a Flavorful Snack

Features:
    Cuisine:

Salty, spicy, garlicky. An easy and cheap snack to stir up and share with friends (or keep to yourself) - that doesn't taste cheap.
I made this recipe because the other ones on this site called for dill, a different size bag of crackers and had no spice. I do like heat.

Spicy Seasoned Crackers, Salty, spicy, garlicky An easy and cheap snack to stir up and share with friends (or keep to yourself) – that doesn’t taste cheap I made this recipe because the other ones on this site called for dill, a different size bag of crackers and had no spice I do like heat , Very tasty! Usually DH is kind of indifferent to much of the random snack and dessert items I make for PAC, but he actually was quite interested in these! In fact, I told him he could take them to work to share with his guys, and he said no, he wanted to keep these at home because the guys would eat all of them on him I suspect that my batch wasn’t even as spicy as they are supposed to be, because I didn’t have any Tony Chachere’s seasoning (I subbed in Lawry’s Seasoning Salt instead) Didn’t make them any less addictive, though! The recipe doesn’t give any amount for the clarified butter, so I just referenced another similar recipe on the site I ended up using 1/2 cup of ghee with the 1/2 cup of oil, which worked perfectly I’ll have to try these again when I have the proper seasoning on hand, because I bet DH would love them even more if they were spicier Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2014
