This is the exact recipe from the Cheesecake Factory, as I got it from a copycat recipe website.,After making the recipe exactly as it was written I decided to omit the flour. The flour makes it taste more like a layer cake. I would much prefer a cheesecake to be merely the taste of creamy, sweetened cream cheese.
