Low-Calorie Dip For Raw Veggies Or Potato Chips

Features:
    Cuisine:

Love this dip! I've tried a few of the variations people have suggested in the comments I like them very much, but my suggestion is to swap the soy for worcestershire sauce, and a few drops of liquid smoke and half a clove of minced garlic.

Low-Calorie Dip for Raw Veggies or Potato Chips,Very good and easy to make. I eat it with carrot sticks, celery sticks, green bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes and/or cucumber slices. I myself make this with light rather than nonfat Miracle Whip or mayo, because I don’t like nonfat, which to my mind tastes quite different–however, if you don’t mind the taste of nonfat, go for it!,Love this dip! I’ve tried a few of the variations people have suggested in the comments I like them very much, but my suggestion is to swap the soy for worcestershire sauce, and a few drops of liquid smoke and half a clove of minced garlic.,I have made this dip to eat with raw veggies tons of times and just remembered I should review it. use fat free greek yogourt and half the fat mayo then double it because it goes fast! I did tweek a few things to my taste. use 2 tablespoons of chives and 2 tablespoons dried dill I also add 1 tablespoon of dried parsley flakes and 1 tsp of garlic powder.I liked it as written too I just thought it could use a little extra flavour because the mustard and soy sauce were the only flavours standing out to me before. Great recipe it has kept me on track and looking forward to a bowl of raw veg:)
