The Best Mocha Buttercream Frosting / Icing, This is definitely the best frosting I have ever had I am in love with it! Perfect texture nothing like store bought! It is wonderful on everything!!!, The mocha buttercream is wonderful used 2 Tbs organic instant coffee dissolved in about 1 Tbs hot water Then I cooled the extract I also used 400 g of icing sugar, a bit more than just 3 cups (3 cups qual to 360 g ) I did not want to have the icing too soft I like to taste the coffee in the buttercream I cannot believe how easy is this recipe to make It was enough to ice 1 layer, the sides, the top and to make my little clumsy roses on the top For the second layer I just whipped some heavy cream with a bit of espresso powder But the buttercream tastes so much better than the whipped cream
