1 teaspoon tabasco sauce, to your taste
1/4 onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 ounces gluten-free vodka (titos or smirnoff with red label, or others)
5 - 6 green olives (or more)
1/4 teaspoon sugar (if too acidy)
