Crock Pot Roast Beef With Gravy

    Super easy and delish recipe! Only thing I do differently is cut up a whole onion and put it over the roast before cooking. When everything is cooked and after roast removed, use a hand blender to make the gravy right in the crock pot. Feeling frisky? I saut some mushrooms and add them to the gravy after its been blended, this is the best and easiest recipe I've found for cheap cuts of meat. Thanks for sharing!
