Cranberry Scones, I was surprised to not find a recipe like this on Recipe Zaar They have a great texture, are easy to make, and taste wonderful , Great recipe, too bad I didn’t read it through before I started, because I didn’t realize that they are drop and I threw the dough out onto the counter a little messy Anyway, I dropped them onto a heated Pampered chef stone, they only took 15 minutes to bake to a lovely golden brown Sprinkled them with a little raw sugar very light and tasty More like a muffin than a scone, in my opinion Delicious, though , Delicious! I love the simplicity of this recipe I didn’t have orange juice, so I substituted peach/mango juice with a splash of lemon juice Turned out great!
