Creamy Turkey Tetrazzini Casserole: A Family Favorite Recipe

    Yummy! A lot of turkey tetrazzini recipes are too heavy/dense. This was a great way to use up the left over Thanksgiving turkey (used a rapidly-drying out breast). Used 20oz leftover turkey gravy with one can organic cream of mushroom soup and 1.5 cups organic chicken broth. Also added lots of seasoning - garlic powder, poultry seasoning, chili powder, thyme to the veggies while sauting.
