(Keep one, and give one away as a gift!) I think it tastes even better the next day!, Very moist loaf that freezes well Added to my Christmas baking list! I freeze the loaves ahead and decorate with glaze after they thaw , This holiday season I came looking for this recipes I make it in 5 mini loaf pans and bake for approximatley 40 mins I then glaze it with icing with almond extract and put red and green cherries on top Makes a great hostess gift and freezes really well
