    Stir Until Well Blended. Cook 5 Minutes or Until Beginning to Boil, Stirring Occasionally.

    Place in Shallow 2 1/2 Quart Baking Dish.

    Sprinkle the Remaining Tomatoes Evenly Over All and Top With Corn and Cheese.
