Hoagie Rolls

Features:
    Cuisine:

Easily the worst bread recipe I have ever made. I strongly recommend people do not try and make this and would question any other recipe by the same author. Incredibly poor proportions and quantities and was extremely disappointing. Complete waste of my time and materials, do your self a favour and look elsewhere.

Hoagie Rolls,These are so good!! We use them a lot for pulled meat sandwiches and such. Enjoy!,Easily the worst bread recipe I have ever made. I strongly recommend people do not try and make this and would question any other recipe by the same author. Incredibly poor proportions and quantities and was extremely disappointing. Complete waste of my time and materials, do your self a favour and look elsewhere.,I needed a dozen rolls so I made a 2/3 recipe. I subbed (pun intended) in some whole wheat flour instead of all white bread flour. use my old bread machine to mix, rise and knead. When the dough was ready, I measured the weight, divided by 12 and weighed out 103 grams each. Shaping was easy. I didn’t cover them for the last rise and don’t have a misting bottle, so I went my fingers and rub the doughs until there are no dry spots. I slit them and baked at 400 degrees. They took on the upper end of the time range (or more as I stopped keeping track). They look really good.
