Authentic Arawak Bar-B-Q Sauce,This is a Caribbean marinade for all kinds of fish or meat. This is from All Recipes.,Sorry I couldn’t give this the 5-star rating. As prepared, the sauce itself was great, however, it lost something from preparation to actual usage. I marinated a burger for about 4 hours. Grilled up nicely, but the taste, to me, was unattractive. Still, thnx for taking the time to post. Made for Comfort Cafe Summer 2009.
