Pb & Chocolate No Bake Cookie, Okay, so it’s not a cookie, but if you need something sweet in a hurry this will be ready in less than a minute! This is a variation of a butter & sugar bread my mother made me when I was little , Great quick snack! I was used to the Dutch version of bread, butter and chocolate sprinkles, but I like this one better Made it with rice crackers instead of bread because I thought the shape was more cookie-like 😀 Made for Comfort Cafe January 2010
