Cereal and Protein Smoothie,Got this from a Yahoo website–Very filling and satisfying. It says two servings, but really now!!!,Very, very tasty smoothie, & I did have to double the recipe to get the size drinks the 2 of us enjoy! I often add a bit of rolled oats to my smoothies, & we absolutely do not mind the “chunkiness” of it all ~ tastes great, as does yours here! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Stars recipe tag],I too enjoyed the fullness of the smoothie! used flax seed instead of protein powder, and rice milk. Thanks for a healthy and yummy breakfast!
