Fresh Pear Martini

Features:
    Cuisine:

Yum! used 2 1/2 canned pear halves and a little sugar for the agave nectar. It's very close to a drink I had at Daniel Boulud's restaurant in Vegas that we've been trying to recreate. His had some bruised mint leaves, too. Next time I'm going to use the liquid from the can in place of water for even more flavor. Thanks for sharing such a delicious recipe!

Fresh Pear Martini, I love fresh fruit puree in my cocktails This one is great if you like pear as much as I do! Make sure your pear is perfectly ripe for best results I suspect you could use canned pears or even pear baby food too!, Yum! used 2 1/2 canned pear halves and a little sugar for the agave nectar It’s very close to a drink I had at Daniel Boulud’s restaurant in Vegas that we’ve been trying to recreate His had some bruised mint leaves, too Next time I’m going to use the liquid from the can in place of water for even more flavor Thanks for sharing such a delicious recipe!
