Sweet Soy Mushrooms on Toast, This makes a tasty and different breakfast, brunch or snack Sweet soy sauce, also called ketjap manis should be available in most large stores or Asian stores If you can’t find it, just use dark soy sauce mixed with a little clear, runny honey instead , Luscious and yummy all in one bite! This is a GREAT breakfast I made the mushrooms up the night before, so breakfast was a slap and a dash used the soy sauce and honey but think it’s interesting that this ingredient LOOKS like the way you’d spell KETCHUP if you were being totally phonetic!
