Orange-Banana Smoothie, This creamy, refreshing drink is great for breakfast, after a workout, or as a midday pick-me-up Use any flavored yogurt you like–strawberry makes the smoothie pink, while blueberry turns it purple , Nice used Balkan yogurt and alcohol free vanilla to be healthier As well as not from concentrate orange juice, sea salt, plus the rest of the ingredients , Pretty much followed your recipe, although I did double it for the 2 of us (with a little extra just for me) ~ We like our smoothies large! Also used frozen bananas for that bit of frosty chill, & thoroughly enjoyed the OJ, banana AND cinnamon flavor combo! Very, very nice! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
