    Really Easy African Mango Fool, An easier version of mango fool! This is called African but also made in the Caribbean and the South!, This was yummy but very rich! I don’t think I could eat a whole dish, but it made a fabulous topping for pancakes Thanks for sharing I’ll make this again Made for ZWT 7 by a fellow Food commando, I was going to give this a 4-star, but then I thought that if I had used real whipped cream instead of whipped topping, it would probably be *at least* a 5-star So I think the fault is mine for being cheap and lazy LOL This *was* good and I’m sure it’d be *great* with real whipped cream Reviewed for ZWT4

    Peel and Cut Mango Into Pieces. Place the Mango in the Blender or Food Processor With the Sugar and Puree. Fold in Desired Amount of Whipped Cream and Chill in the Fridge. Serve When Cold. Enjoy!
