Vegan Dlt (Dulse, Lettuce, and Tomato) Sandwiches,Dulse is a delicious and very nutritious sea vegetable. Its salty flavor and crispy texture make it an excellent substitute for bacon in this sandwich with much less sodium and fat than the “real” thing.,Recipe sounds interesting. I have only used dulse flakes. Is the DLT sandwich the raw dulse or dried sheets of dulse? Thanks.,Instead of using mayo, although the wasabi mayo would have been great, I spread avocado on the sandwhich. Not only does it taste great, it helps keep the dulse from sliding out of the bread.
