Glazed Carrots For Two

This was very easy to make and turned out great in the microwave!! My husband loved this recipe, but for me there was just something about it that made it just okay...it might have been that it was too sweet to have with dinner. I'd make it again occasionally, but for me it's not one of those things you can have all the time. I did like the fact that you couldn't really taste the carrots...I'm not a huge carrot person!! It is definitely a recipe to try out and if you are like me and don't love it, it is at least very easy to make so you won't feel as though you wasted your time.

Glazed Carrots For Two, A yummy glazed carrot dish done in the microwave Add salt and pepper to taste, if you wish , This was very easy to make and turned out great in the microwave!! My husband loved this recipe, but for me there was just something about it that made it just okay it might have been that it was too sweet to have with dinner I’d make it again occasionally, but for me it’s not one of those things you can have all the time I did like the fact that you couldn’t really taste the carrots I’m not a huge carrot person!! It is definitely a recipe to try out and if you are like me and don’t love it, it is at least very easy to make so you won’t feel as though you wasted your time , Very fast and easy and the 2-yr-old liked it Next time I might use less starch because it was kind of gummy and perhaps reduce the sugar, but this was good and we had no leftovers It’s nice to find a smaller sized recipe
