    Banana, Honey, Soymilk Smoothie, I found this originally at epicurious com I love it, though, because I always have soy milk, bananas, and honey around I think freezing the bananas in advance makes this really creamy (Prep time is probably the minimum amount of time it would take to freeze bananas?? Mine always stay in the freezer overnight 5 hours is just a guess) , Real good!, Honey is not necessary in my opinion
