    Easy Tender Grilled Pork Steak, From Alton Brown This is really delicious , How hot is the grill and do you mean to cook it on the grill on a dinner plate? Never heard of such a thing!!, I don’t eat pork steak, but fixed this for my DH and he really liked it used my small broiler to broil this and found I had to cook more than 2 minutes on each side
