Oven Roasted Broccoli,After oven roasting asparagus, green beans, cauliflower I thought WHY NOT BROCCOLI. The result is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and a great new way for me to enjoy one of my favorite veggies. Hope you like it too. The garlic is smashed and diced to get as much garlic flavor as you can from each clove.,I make this almost every week! THANKS for sharing!,This recipe was AWESOME, I’m only cooking broccoli this way from now on. Because I was serving it with an Asian flavored dish I left off the Parmesan, but it was still delicious! I also just tossed with the oil mixture and did the salt and pepper at the end when the broccoli was spread on the pan, figure it distributes more evenly that way.
