Place Mushroom Tops in Small Fry Pan, Saute About 5 Minutes on Medium High Heat, Place Mushrooms Bottom Up Into 8x8 Pan. in Same Fry Pan, Saute Chopped Vegetables About Five Minutes. in a Small Bowl, Mix Sauteed Vegetables, Greek Yogurt, Salt, and Pepper to Your Taste. Stuff Mushroom Tops With the Mixture. Bake in the Oven For 10 to 20 Minutes Depending Upon the Size of Your Mushrooms and How Soft You Want Them to Be.
