Crunchy Baked Tilapia, I’m a real fan of Tilapia with so many ways to fix it. Here’s another. Delicious! Excellent for those who do not like fish, but need the Omegas., Just made this, used Panko breadcrumbs because I didnt have any crackers, delicious!, used the recipe for 6 small filets. I thought the 1 T. of Italian seasoning was too much. I’ll try 1/2 T next time. used the Panko crumbs instead of saltines. Used 4 T. of butter and that was sufficient.
